Where is Alien Eyewear based?

We’re proudly based in the UK, beaming good vibes and great eyewear across the galaxy (and Earth 🌍).

How long does shipping take?

In the UK, we offer 48-hour tracked shipping. For international orders, it’s 5–12 business days, tracked all the way.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship globally, so no matter where you are, you can join the Alien Eyewear universe.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. All orders come with tracking so you can follow your eyewear’s journey from our HQ to your face. You will get an email around 24 hours after ordering with your tracking link in it! If you haven't had it then please email us at alieneyewearstore@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

What if I don’t like my sunglasses?

No stress. If they’re not the right vibe, you’ve got 14 days from delivery to return them —unused and in original condition.

Are your sunglasses UV-protective?

Yep! All our eyewear offers full UV400 protection, so your eyes are safe while you look out-of-this-world.

I just placed an order—what now?

You’ll get a confirmation email, and once we’ve packed your shades, you’ll get a shipping email with your tracking info. Easy peasy.
